Aaw, these are cute shots^^ it's kinda funny but like third of our photoshoot pics are either getting ready or getting ready to go to civilization, and I somehow just love those kinda pics though yours have a better light and background;D And yay, now I can see the whole top and outfit! Making the top practical has always been a toughie for me, but your solution is nice, I like it
Nice new photo-set showing off your new, more practical, classic outfit.
This one's my favorite. There are lots of reasons for this. I love the classic red glasses perched on your head like that. The way the Sun is striking you here creates a delightful interplay of light and shadow across your face. The shadows give a sense of depth perception to your face and help the viewer to make out your facial structure. Interesting how shadows have the effect of highlighting lovely feminine features here.
It's easy to imagine that "the raiding is done." The shot is calm and peaceful. Your eyes are cast down, not in a way that suggests defeat, but in a relaxed manner, while the surf is rolling in behind you on a warm, sunny day. Everything is peaceful and beautiful here, especially you.
I'm so glad you like the lighting! We had such a hard time with it, since there were a lot of clouds overhead and we didn't have an assistant to hold the reflector. We had to hurry up and try to shoot as many shots as possible before another cloud passed overhead. You will see in some shots to come, that there was a cloud overhead but I managed to salvage the good poses with some levels correction in photoshop.
This photoshoot was a challenge for both me and my photographer so this is a big compliment. Thanks a lot!
